Bezerra Panobianco Arquitetura
Project Description provided by Bezerro Panobianco - In its sixth participation at CASACOR Goiás, Bezerra Panobianco Arquitetura presents “Casa Brastemp,” a 100 m² environment that explores contemporary living through the relationship between memory, comfort, and innovation. Aligned with the theme of the 2026 edition, “Mind and Heart,” the project proposes a sensitive interpretation of everyday life, where architecture and technology intertwine naturally, following the rhythms of daily living.
Designed by the architects Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco, in partnership with Brastemp, the space is organized as a complete home, where the boundaries between functions are softened to encourage togetherness. The living room, kitchen, and laundry area share the same space, allowing activities to happen simultaneously and fluidly. “It is an honor to design Casa Brastemp. The project was born from the idea of integrating architecture and technology seamlessly, with connected environments and appliances that naturally become part of the space,” says Expedito.
The kitchen functions as the heart of the project, a meeting space where everyday life takes center stage. The central table serves as a support surface, preparation area, and gathering point. The BRASTEMP 5-BURNER COOKTOP BDS75AE, BRASTEMP ECLIPSE COLLECTION 90 CM WALL HOOD BAE90AP, BRASTEMP ECLIPSE COLLECTION 84 L BUILT-IN ELECTRIC OVEN, BRASTEMP ECLIPSE COLLECTION 32 L BUILT-IN MICROWAVE BM14AE, and BRASTEMP 477 L BLACK INOX REFRIGERATOR BRE68 are integrated into the environment in dialogue with the custom cabinetry, bringing technology into the space in an organic and natural way.
The laundry area follows the same concept, functioning as a multifunctional space. The BRASTEMP 15 KG TITANIUM WASHING MACHINE and BRASTEMP 17 KG ELECTRIC DRYER share the area with the BRASTEMP 33-BOTTLE WINE CELLAR, allowing for varied uses of the space. The large shelving unit that runs throughout the room visually connects the spaces and interacts with the shades of green present in the cabinets and project details.
The living room stands out for its use of natural materials that reinforce a welcoming atmosphere. The stone wall adds texture and depth, while natural light filtered through selective openings and glass panels allows the landscaping to gently flow into the interior, bringing nature into the project. Indirect lighting creates an intimate atmosphere, enhancing the experience of staying in the space.
The Peroba Aurea wood flooring by Akafloor, with its careful finish and proportions that highlight the wood’s natural design, contributes to an elegant and welcoming visual foundation, which together with the ceramic flooring by Lepri establishes continuity with natural tones and harmonizes with the selected furniture. Complementing the composition with aesthetic unity and refined finishing, the matte black Akafloor MDF baseboard reinforces the project’s linearity and enhances the connection between floors and walls. More than serving a structural purpose, the materials bring comfort to the environment and contribute to the identity of the space. The central Gravità side table was designed by the studio itself.
The color palette moves through marsala, orange, mustard, ochre, green, and off-white, exploring natural stones, marble, and wood. Color details appear throughout the décor in cookware, objects, and fabrics, adding visual layers without compromising the harmony of the composition. The chandelier above the table, dining chairs, and sofa were designed by Jader Almeida and integrate seamlessly into the palette, reinforcing the project’s aesthetic. The armchairs by Roberta Banqueri also harmonize with smaller resin stools designed by Jeferson Branco.
In the private area, the bedroom and bathing room are integrated, reinforcing the continuity of the experience. Natural materials, marble, soft lighting, and the presence of greenery create a decompressing environment where rest is connected to a complete sensory experience. Positioned next to a planter, the bathtub brings the bedroom closer to nature, while the countertop is made of marble. Indirect lighting and ventilation entering through a wall opening ensure comfort and charm while maintaining the project’s fluid narrative.
Casa Brastemp presents itself as a reflection on contemporary living, where technology and affection coexist in balance. The project translates an architecture that welcomes, organizes, and enhances everyday life, reaffirming the home as a space of connection, memory, and permanence.
